Web Series XXX-2 A complaint has been filed in Muzaffarpur court against Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor for season two of Web Series XXX. This was done by the President of Ex-Servicemen Association.
An FIR has been lodged against three people including famous producer Ekta Kapoor for spreading obscenity and insulting national symbols.
Famous producer Ekta Kapoor’s troubles with the webseries Triple X are increasing. An FIR has been lodged against three people including Kapoor on charges of spreading obscenity, hurting religious sentiments and insulting national emblems through the broadcast of this web series on the Over the Top (OTT) platform Alt Balaji. .
Directors and screenwriters of this web series are among the accused named in the case. Saturn Kumar Dwivedi, in-charge of Annapurna police station, said on Saturday that the FIR on the complaint of two local residents – Valmik Sakaragaye and Neeraj Yagnik, along with Sections 294 (obscenity) and 298 (hurting religious sentiments) of the Information Technology Act and India Under the relevant provisions of the State Emblem (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act has been registered on Friday night.
TV serial and web series producer Ekta Kapoor has apologized to the Indian Army for the objectionable scene of her web series which shows an Indian soldier’s wife having a male relationship in his absence. Ekta Kapoor also claimed that she had removed the content from the related series as soon as it came to the information and also said that it happened due to a mistake.
The complaint has been done by Rampravesh Singh, President of Ex-Servicemen Association. Both have been accused of filming objectionable scenes and dialogues about soldiers and their wives in a web series. The CJM has given June 23 for the hearing of the complaint.
