Palghar lynching case: A lawyer’s aide fighting the case of sadhus dies in a road accident.

The accident happened on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway on Wednesday, when Digvijay Trivedi was going towards the court in his car.

In the Palghar Litching case of Maharashtra, a colleague of the lawyer, who is fighting the case of sadhus, has died in a road accident. The name of the deceased is Digvijay Trivedi. The accident happened on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway on Wednesday, when Digvijay Trivedi was going towards the court in his car.

The Criminal Investigation Department of the state police force arrested 30 tribals from the mob that was allegedly involved in the April 16 incident, taking the overall arrests in the case to 134. However, there are still several unidentified and absconding people who have been accused in the FIR filed at Kasa Police Station.

Let me tell you that in the month of April, two sadhus and their driver were beaten to death by a mob in Gadaginchale village of Palghar. The sadhus, who were among the crowd, belonged to the Hanuman temple in Jogeshwari east of Mumbai. These sadhus were going from Mumbai to Surat for their Guru’s funeral, but due to the lockdown, the police stopped them from going on the highway.

Lawyer appointed by VHP on behalf of the deceased Hindu Sadhus in Palghar – Digvijay Trivedi has been killed in a road accident. This mystery is only getting deeper. Maharashtra Govt should immediately hand over the case to CBI. They have miserably failed!
