The news of Chiranjeevi’s death has become an unbearable blow to Kannada cinema. No one can deny the fact that actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, a young and energetic man, died of a heart attack. Meanwhile, Film Chamber Vice President Umesh Banarkar has unveiled a shocking thought.
Chiranjeevi Sarja (17 October 1980 – 7 June 2020) was an Indian film actor who appeared in Kannada films. He is the brother of actor Dhruva Sarja, nephew of actor Arjun Sarja and grandson of veteran Kannada actor Shakti Prasad.
Chiranjeevi Sarja had a breathing problem yesterday. He was thus hospitalized. The family did not think it was a cardiovascular disease because their age was so small. However, there is severe chest pain along with shortness of breath. He has already been diagnosed with a heart attack.
Sarja was born in Bangalore. He completed his schooling in Baldwin Boys High School, Bangalore before graduating from Vijaya College, Bangalore. He worked as an assistant director with his uncle Arjun Sarja for about 4 years. He made his debut in the Kannada movie Vayuputra (2009) in the lead role.
In October 2017, he was engaged to actress Meghana Raj.They married on 2 May 2018.
On 7 June 2020, he complained of chest pain and breathlessness, before being taken to Sagar Hospital, Jayanagar, Bangalore. He died at the hospital due to cardiac arrest.
