Ankita Bhargava Miscarriage: Ankita Bhargava Karan Patel Shares her Miscarriage Experience:
The TV Actress Ankita Bhargava & her husband Karan Patel had a daughter Meher in December last year. Two years ago, Ankita suffered a miscarriage and lost her first child. Ankita Bhargava recently took to Instagram to share her grief, in a lengthy post about how she and Karan Patel dealt with it.
She shared the message through Instagram.
Technically i wrote this a few days ago,But it took me time to muster up the courage to make this post!This is by far the most personal post that im ever going to write,With hopes that i can make atleast a little difference in someones life…At first i didnt want to talk about it to anyone at all…But then after having counselled more than TWO DOZEN women over dmz on instagram all over the country,I realised it is time I openly talk about ‘MY MISCARRIAGE’
The most important takeaway for me from this experience was….DONT KEEP RELIVING THE PAST.DONT KEEP WAITING FOR THE FUTURE.JUST SIMPLY LIVE IN THE PRESENT.I hope this helps… 🙏
Ankita Karan Patel is an Indian television actress. She married television actor Karan Patel on 3 May 2015.She is Know for Playing shipra in Star Plus’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay by Ekta Kapoor.
Karan Patel is a Gujarati who was born in Calcutta on 23 November 1983.His father’s name is Rashesh Patel.He did his schooling at Utpal Shanghvi School in the Juhu suburb of Mumbai and graduated Mithibai College, Mumbai. He attended the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute and the University of the Arts London. He has also attended Shiamak Davar’s dance classes.
